It hard to say what gas is going to be. It all depend on what happen in the Middle East. I should have said $3.00 because I forgot about the fourth of July coming up this time of year. No matter what we have to pay it still going to be to high. |

Reply with quote | #5 | Howdy (like Minnie Pearl would say), Well Roy looks like your gas prediction was pretty dern close. Now can you predict if I'm gonna get the job I just interviewed for? I saw gas this morning for $2.47 It's been nothin' but rain lately. All I can say is keep fillin' that cistern. Hope ya'll have a great weekend. Talk Soon Diana |

It hard to tell what the price of gas will be 9 months from. It was $2.08 here this morning when I fill up. For what it worth Diana I predict that you do get the job and will love it a lot better than the one that you got now after a couple of weeks. It take you that long to get use to the people and the work. If you think it will help any I got my fingers for you. Roy |

Reply with quote | #8 | Seems like forever I have been on here. It's 10/16/09. Roy- I remember that embargo and gas on odd/even days- back in that day I was driving a bike with a banana seat and my parents drove "car pools" with about 8-10 kids in a car to get from one ball game to another -- or we walked...... No car seats. No seat belts. Pile 'em in. They'd all be thrown in jail these days, right? Anyway- no predicting anything anymore. The only thing we can seem to count on is a bit of chaos and confusion. later.... |

Yes Lin I remember them day very well. I wish I was feeling as good now as I did then. You got me to wondering how we live to be this old. Like you said no seat belts, car seat, lead pain and eat all the butter that you wanted to Roy |
