Hi Roy,
I am here.
Been very busy and also tired as of late.
Busy? well because life is busy
Tired? well, I think that's some woman issues and also because I am busy (but not getting a lot done) and just because I have MS
I do wonder if the change in weather (again) and global warming and the seemingly total crazy state of the world have something to do with it, lol.
I did take time out of my busy schedule to get my oil changed and tires rotated (yesterday after work) and renewed my handicap park /permit and got a seasonal flu shot today (after work).
The maters seem to be winding down, but the peppers and cucs are doing ok.
The 3rd "crop" of corn started to sprout and who knows if we'll have some late Oct/early Nov...
There is always next year.
Anyway, Roy, Hope you are ok and all the good people who usually show up or post are ok, too.
Take it easy!

Hi Everyone! 
I'm still here. Trying to make it through. My 97 year old granny who gave it her all finally passed away last week and have been pretty sad lately.  Still working but business is slow I'm afraid they're going to retire and close up shop. Attitudes are very bad. No one talks to each other and people are unhappy and unsure of having a job here. I'm still searching and have an interview that I'm very hopeful about next Wednesday. Many prayers needed. He's gonna be sick of hearing from me. I'm scared of making a move because who's to say I'd work out somewhere new but they are a larger company with better benefits and that's what I need. My competition is fierce and I'm worried. Think Positive! More prayers needed.
Time for our car to go in for oil change, tire rotation and break pads. It's on my ToDo list. I still have veggies in my frig. Don't know that they'll get eaten. Hope everyone is doing OK.

Lin You right our garden is winding down too. I still getting a few tomatoes and some peppers. My brother planted some turnips greens and fall kale. We should be able to pick some of the greens in a month and have some turnips around the middle of Nov. It still isn't too late if you want to plant some. I hate to tell you but I don't think that you going to get any corn. It take between 90 to a 100 days for corn to be big enough to pick. But I could be wrong. Let me know how it turn out. Diana I hope that you get the job. I know that you don't want to leave the one that you got now but if you can do better and like you said it got better benefits than that is what got now that is what you need to do. Now get out there and get your oil change, tire rotation and check your break pads. As someone use to say on TV "You can pay me now or pay me lot more later. Daddy Roy has spoken.  |

Hi Roy,
I hope I get the job too.  I've been looking since the beginning of the year and I'm not getting my hopes up too high. The emotional disappointment is killing me. Now is more difficult than ever. Turn the prayer volume up on Wednesday.
