Here in Florida gas isn't any cheaper at Sams Club then it is around town. What's up with that? I thought that was the whole point of belonging to "clubs" like that - for cheaper prices. Oh well, what can you do.

My garden is doing fairly good I guess Lin. Thank for asking. I had fried squash and onions today for lunch that came out of it.
You right about me having a comment on most every thing.
I just hate to come here day after day and not see a post.

Roy,
I don't even have flowers on my tomato or zucchini plants!!!!!
Jealous I am!
(though, of course that must mean it's a lot warmer where you are.......).

I will be looking into that hybrid car site you provided shortly.

Thanks for your research.

BJ Wholesale Club has regular for $2.12. That's the cheapest I've seen around here. Other than that, I don't see the prices going down at all.

Since I started this thing I thought I tell you that I fill up my truck today for $1.84 so gas is coming down some.

I don't want to rub it in Lin but I had cucumber and squash tonight. And if every thing goes right I have corn by Sunday. You get there in time. I just started before you did.

I almost caused an accident when I made a very fast right turn from the left lane when I saw regular gas for $2.15!!!

I am bad.

Hey, Roy

I had green bell peppers, tomato, zucchini, carrots and sweet corn with my chicken last nite and tonite too
(needless to say, I did have to go to the grocer to get them- ha ha ha).
I am dreaming for my own homegrown veggies.
Watering every early morn and later evening.....
Things are looking up.

Take care everyone (especially with summer upon us so to speak)!

Hello Guys and Girls.

Just thought I tell you all that I bought regular gas to day for $1.759. That was the cheapest place that I seen. Most of the places was between $1.809 to $1859. So it is coming down some.

I am jealous!!
Found regular for $2.11 today and thought it was a bargin.
(Central Eastern South Shore Long Island, NY).
I read there's an investigation on why gas prices on LI and in NY are not going down as quickly as in other parts of the country....
hummmmm wonder why

$2.05.9 today at BJ's Wholesale Club in LI for regular. However, most of the stations where I live (eastern Nassau County, LI, NY) have regular for $2.17 - $2.27. Prices in the rest of the country seem to be retreating except for NY. Hmmmmmm..is this a plot
